ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN PHOTOGRAPHY

RATE: $175/image. Minimum of 4 images per assignment.

First-time clients receive a discount on their first project.

Photography is onsite with client. Client will have the ability to review images during photoshoot. Image proofs will be created by applying basic photo editing techniques.

Final editing includes final removal of dust/spots, final color correction, geometric correction, optimizing views out windows, removal of unwanted small objects (outlets, vents, fans, sprinkler heads, etc).

Intensive image editing (such as the removal of large objects, changing color of objects, compositing items from multiple images) is not included and is charged at a rate of $60/hour.

Images delivered via Dropbox, Google Drive, or Flash Drive (that you supply)

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

Please note: these rates are available only to licensed real estate agents.

HOME Package: $450 for up to 25 images

Recommended for homes, condos, or townhomes up to 4000 sq. ft.

The Standard HOME package is a single site visit lasting from 1.5 to 2 hours which allows for time and set-up to capture the larger space of a condo, house, or townhome. Standard with this package is use of supplemental lighting which enhances luxurious, challenging, and unique listings. Images are edited using comprehensive post-processing and retouching techniques.

Additional Images: $10/image

CONDO Package: $300 for up to 20 images

Recommended for smaller condos and townhomes

The Standard CONDO package includes a single site visit lasting from 1 to 1.5 hours which allows for time and set-up to capture the intimate space of a smaller condo or townhome. Standard with this package is use of supplemental lighting which enhances luxurious, challenging, and unique listings. Images are edited using comprehensive, labor-intensive post-processing and retouching techniques.

Additional Images: $10/image

EVENING EXTERIOR Package: $125 Per Image or 3 images for $300

Recommended for fine, luxury properties that need a specific story to be told in images. This package features sunset and interior images utilizing advanced on-site and post-processing techniques, such as multi-image compositing, accent lighting, and light painting. Multiple images may require multiple visits to property. Weather dependent. This add-on service can be bundled with any other package.

Additional Site Visits: $85 per visit

An additional visit to a property that is necessary in order to capture optimal weather conditions or morning/evening light.

Hi-Resolution RGB jpegs with maximum dimension of 1600 pixels @ 300dpi
Larger images are available at no extra charge upon request.

STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY

HEADSHOT/PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

RATE: $200

45-minute session includes 2 hi-res fully-retouched final images and approximately 25 -50 slightly retouched image proofs (with basic image processing color correction).
Additional images: $30/each

Shoot will use artificial lighting, natural lighting, or a combination of both
Travel is included within a 50-mile radius of Sarasota (34231)
Turnaround time for proofs: up to 1 week
Turnaround time for final images: up to 10 days from the time the customer selects final photos from proofs
Images delivered via Dropbox, Google Drive, or Flash Drive (that you supply)
